Ashnil Aruba Tented Camp
Ashnil Aruba Lodge sits in one of the Kenya’s oldest national parks – Tsavo East National Park, covering about 40% of all land covered by Kenyan national parks and is considered as world’s biodiversity strongholds. Its popularity is mostly due to the vast amounts of diverse wildlife. The national park is a popular safari destination with great attraction to those who are interested in experiencing the vastness of the wilderness and incredible terrain. Voi Wildlife Lodge
Voi Wildlife Lodge is located at the boundary of the home of Elephants the Tsavo East National Park 5 minutes’ drive from the Tsavo East Airstrip. The Lodge is located next and overlooking the great water hole where many big animals are seen often coming to drink water. The lodge has 88 rooms: 16 standard rooms, 48 superior rooms, 24 luxury rooms. All the rooms are fully furnished with ensuite bathrooms. The luxury rooms consist of two four-poster beds and the view of savanna and wildlife which one can enjoy from the comfort of the balcony or terrace.
Man Eaters Camp
The Camp sits in Tsavo East National Park with a lot of history. It the oldest cam in Tsavo East National Park. During the construction of the Railway Bridge over the Tsavo River in 1898 by the British for what was then known as the Ugandan Railway, approximately 140 workers were killed by two mane less male lions, over a period of 3 months. After repeated unsuccessful endeavors, the first lion was finally killed on 9th December, 1898 during a night hunt. Man Eaters camp is an exclusive lodge comprising of 31 fully furnished En- suits tents facing Tsavo river in Tsavo east/west. The camp has 8 family tents which has 1 double bed and 1 single bed for child, all the beds are four poster beds with mosquito nets and even the single can accommodate 1 adult. There is also 1-wheel chair friendly tent, easily accessible to and next to the bar, restaurant and lounge at the camp. All the tents are well ventilated, spacious, consisting of a large king size bed (6ft x 6ft) while the family tents have one double king size bed and extra single bed. Each tent overlooks the Tsavo River giving you a chance to enjoy the uninterrupted views from your own private accommodation. All tents have locally made furniture that easily blends in well with the great surrounding landscapes.
Ngutuni Safari Lodge
Ngutuni Safari Lodge is located 15 minutes from Tsavo east main gate and 1hr from Tsavo west and Taita Hills with 48 rooms all built in blocks. Ngutuni is one of the lodges situated in the land of history where the European army camped during the construction of the Kenya Uganda railway where many locals and Indians were eaten by the man-eaters of Tsavo but the lodge has finally converted the guns into cameras. The lodge has 48 rooms built of blocks all facing the water hole where animals come to drink water and the endless Savannah of the Tsavo National Park. All the rooms are fully furnished with a bathroom, shower, one double and one single bed each with a telephone and balcony with a perfect undisturbed game viewing.
